Eaves Redmond Campus

Recently, I had the opportunity to visit Eaves Redmond Campus and come into contact with Jon, the manager. Jon was very knowledgeable, Kind, patient, helpful, and understanding throughout the process. He provided me with exceptional service. He prioritized my needs as a customer. Jon, thank you very much for your assistance. I appreciate it. All the good things people talk about you and your office are actually true, so thank you.

We have been living here for more than a year now. We like the place, it has good options for kids like swimming, indoor sports court and play area. Sharayah Sax from leasing office has patiently worked with us in finalizing suitable unit for our family needs. Gerrett Emmanuel and other members from maintenance team are very responsive to resolve maintenance issues quickly (usually in 1-2 days).

Have been living here for almost a year and half now. Heidi, David, Jonathan and the whole staff is very helpful. We had raised few requests for maintenance and the team quickly took care of our request. Having swimming pool, gym, play areas for kids is a plus plus from our side. New construction is bit of a pain, hopefully not much will change once the new building is up and running.

I have been living in this apartment for more than a year, and its generally been positive experience so far. The location is very convenient, especially for those who work at Microsoft. It's just a short walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants and stores within a mile. The complex is also situated in a quiet and relatively safe neighbourhood, which is a plus. The maintenance staff is another positive aspect. They are truly exemplary and always respond promptly to any issues or concerns I have had. They are very friendly and efficient, which has made my living experience more enjoyable. The amenities provided by the complex are good. The gym is well-equipped, and both the indoor and outdoor pools are well-maintained. There is also a community center available for residents to rent, which is a nice touch. However, there are some downsides to living here as well. The lounges are not open as advertised, and despite repeated requests, it has not been addressed. If you want to incorporate swimming in your morning routines, you are out of luck, since the pool opens only by early afternoon. I believe, the rate of increase in the rents are also very high compared to other apartment complexes around, especially for the size of the apartment. Another issue I have faced is that packages are often lost. Some of my packages were marked as delivered, but were nowhere to be found.
